Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Walls are VERY thin, so you can hear everything. I was on ground floor, so a LOT of noise from the streets outside.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews that have been posted. But for the price you could not beat the location, as well as for the price you could not be having your own private room in the city center. The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue either because there were multiple bathrooms throughout the Building. I would most definitely stay here anytime I came to Madrid. If quiet sleeping is a must for you I would say that might be your only issue, but I can sleep through almost anything.

Do not stay here

Absolutely terrible. The bed is uncomfy, walls so think that noise is intolerable all night long - you hear every move a person makes, the check in is very tricky - I had to help two young girls who were utterly stuck, when you complain about Unacceptable noise they just tell you to call the police!

The double bedroom is the most horrible room I've ever stayed in. It was a shop in the past with wall as a windows facing to the street. It was like the pedestrians were inside the room. The heater didn't work andit was quite dangerous to leave in during the night. The roon was the size of the bad, impossible to walk and have the luggage there. I highly not recommend you get near to tis place.

Pontos positivos - limpeza, lugar bonito e moderno vários banheiros, condições das camas e travesseiros ótimos. De pontos negativos coloco a acústica como quarto fica pra rua o barulho é insuportável parece que as pessoas estão dentro do quarto falando e também poderia ter um ventilador pelo menos pois se fecha a janela para melhorar a acústica o quarto fica muito abafado e quente! Fora esses dois itens o restante foi excelente!

Me han cobrado por una pequeña mancha en la sábana cuando el lavado entra en el servicio básico de limpieza, es algo totalmente normal que si estás utilizando algo , en un momento dado pueda ensuciarse y jamás me cobraron en ningún sitio por nada así, en fin, acaban de perder un cliente, menuda decepción.

Spent 45 min doing the auto-check-in. Be prepared to have alot of batteries for your smart phone and have eaten a good meal beforehand. Have a heavy luagage and on the second floor? then make sure you are strong. This is not for old people, or people who seek some comfort.
