Good location with easy access to the city centre. A contactless check in with access codes sent to us 24 hours in advance. Free parking right outside the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good sized bathroom with a great shower. Good bakery attached to the hotel. Only slight criticism is the blackout blonds could have been better with it getting light at 3.30am. Overall a great place to stay in Reykjavik.

The location was great and it had free parking. I found the apartment to be a bit cramped. It had a good enough kitchen area that was supplied adequately but there was not much room for luggage storage or for hanging up clothing. The bathroom looked good but something was very wrong with either the shower door or the slope of the floor…every time we had a shower quite a lot of water ended up in the rest of the bathroom and we had to mop it up with towels. Also the bathroom door was rather strange as it was a sliding glass door that didn’t seem to be sitting on its tracking quite right. For the price and we were only staying one night it was fine but not great

The room was the very top floor with a skylight that looked toward the church. And a window facing the Perlan. It was clean and comfortable with everything needed forvour syay. The only issue was only having a tub but we made it work. I highly recommend Oddsson downtown.

The room was cozy and beautiful. We love it! However, we had a disaster. The bathtub leaked and the water ran into the kitchen. We were shocked and had to dry the place. The staff were helpful. They came to check and relocated us to another room. The repair was done in a short time and we decided to stay in the same room. What a memorable Christmas!

Very nice place in walking distance to all Reykjavík has to offer. Rooms look recently renovated. Only negative is that main windows don’t open so nights were warm even in September
