We had a great stay. The room was cleanly, had a nice view, and was easily accessible. We had complimentary water and toiletries in our room. Each day staff followed the do not disturb when we slept in and once we left we changed the sign to please make up the room. Despite us leaving later in the day when we can back our room was always made up nicely with fresh towels as well. The only down side we had on our stay was that breakfast was offered from 6:30-9? We came down only one day at 7:30 and the entire breakfast was gone. Other than that one moment we had a wonderful stay! And that wasn’t even a big deal as we were able to walk out to the street and find snacks and coffee within a few minutes walk.

Live your Kingsman Dream

Kin Hotel Dong Du exceeded my expectation. From the moment I was dropped of by my taxi to when I left for the airport, Kin Hotel Dong Du's hospitality is top notch. I stayed in the King's Signature room which was the most aesthetic. The bed was very comfortable, great air conditioning to beat the Vietnamese heat, perfect h/c shower, breakfast was also good! The hotel is about 3 mns walk from Cafe apartments and near Opera House. Tons of restaurants nearby. Kin Hotel was my favourite stay in Vietnam Shoutout to Winnie and Foden!

【良い点】 ①親切なスタッフとゆったりした部屋で快適でした。部屋も全体的に綺麗に掃除してくれています。 朝食付き、アメニティもある程度(日本のビジネスホテル分は)用意されていて便利です。 ※スキンケア系、寝着はありません。宿泊者ご自身で準備されると良いでしょう。 ②立地についても快適です。安くて郊外のホテルに予約すると毎回観光エリアからタクシー等を呼ばなければならないので、差し引きで考えるとプラスだと思います。近辺の治安も悪くないです。 【課題】 ①夜間、脱衣所に生ごみのような臭いが入ってきます。おそらく換気扇のダクト伝いに外から入ってきたのだと思いますが、原因の特定と改善をお願いします。 ②便器の下から若干水が漏れて床が少し濡れています。修理をお願いします。(部屋404) 総じて満足な水準です。またホーチミンにくるならリピートしようと思います。

had a great stay at the kin hotel from the moment i checked in until the moment i checked out. the staff were amazing 10/10 and were very helpful to carry my bags up the stairs and to my room. check in was a breeze and we had daily cleaning. the room itself was gorgeous (we had the street view room) and it was very sleek and romantic. loved the london vibes in here the entire time. the location is 10/10. it is 1 block over from all the foods/walking street/ food and spas you could need. the dim sum restaurant down the street was very tasty as well. i went over to the spa next to the hotel for a mani pedi and they were great as well. would gladly book again
