The hotel’s prime location offered easy access to everything without being overly crowded. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. They even discovered my jewellery box was left out of the safe and promptly reported it, demonstrating their transparency. The only downside was the shower head in my bathroom which kept falling. The room was spacious and overall, it was a great experience.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, walking distance to many sites, the river, restaurants and coffee shops.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the hotel for us, the deluxe room is actually their smallest size and they are in fact a 3 stars hotel not 4 but the main issue was how dirty it was, stains everywhere, on the carpet, headboard and bathroom. We asked if we could pay to upgrade but they were all booked and didn’t want to move us to their sister hotel so we couldn’t stay and went to another hotel. Perhaps other people had better experience as we really didn’t and unfortunately won’t be a hotel we would recommend.

We had a great stay. The room was cleanly, had a nice view, and was easily accessible. We had complimentary water and toiletries in our room. Each day staff followed the do not disturb when we slept in and once we left we changed the sign to please make up the room. Despite us leaving later in the day when we can back our room was always made up nicely with fresh towels as well. The only down side we had on our stay was that breakfast was offered from 6:30-9? We came down only one day at 7:30 and the entire breakfast was gone. Other than that one moment we had a wonderful stay! And that wasn’t even a big deal as we were able to walk out to the street and find snacks and coffee within a few minutes walk.
