Cute property with lots around! The fire alarm would not stop going off every hour at all hours of the night the entire stay unfortunately, not sure if that’s a common thing or not but did not sleep much because of it. Overall decent price for what you get.

The condo unit is a corner suite on a high floor with a nice view. The unit is well set up and has everything thing that you need. The building is relatively new and conveniently located, near the Eaton Center, and with a street car stop right outside. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy...no major concerns but I just wouldn't go out alone at night.

We were there two days and the building alarms kept going off. We were advised to exit via stairwell, when we reached the ground floor to exit the building the door was locked! There was about 25 to 30 people trapped in the stairwell! Thank goodness this was not a real fire because i fear we would have died!!

This is a well priced small newer condo in a good and walkable area. While the walls need some touch up paint, it otherwise is pretty well maintained. The check-in and check-out process is poor. The room with the lockbox has over 50 other lockboxes and there is not specific information on how to find the one for the unit. While the rows of lockboxes are numbered, they provided no detail on which row the unit lockbox was and I had to look at each one for a special number.

Imagine arriving to your hotel at 3:30 am after long and delayed flights and -16c in Toronto No body at front desk and the phone attendant tell me that the reservation is cancelled and somebody else is in the room. She pulled a “we tried to contact you sir but you did not respond” on me but we all know that is a simple excuse. This is despite my repeated attempts to contact them via Expedia messaging system. So to me this establishment receives a negative rating. Ps I went to 4 hotels and finally found a spot double the price at 5am

Great place great location, tricky check-in

The apartment condo was great once we got checked in however the check-in process was a little confusing and we got missed messages from the people we called. Anyone staying here has to be aware that it’s not like a hotel check-in you need to use the lockbox and find it yourself and check yourself in and check yourself out and there’s no one really on the property to help, the apartment condo was super comfortable and very beautiful in a great location however, there were a few things that were broken like the lid of the coffee pot and a couple other things that we reported right away. After working through the initial headache and problems getting checked in, it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend if you can manage the check-in situation.

The location at Jarvis and Dundas is ideal for walking, public transportation and sight seeing. Plenty of coffee, grocery options and shopping within a 10-15 minute walk. It's a quiet unit with fridge, microwave, coffee, washer/dryer, I was able to book last minute. Communication was prompt. I would book this unit again. I had issue with the elevator when trying to leave in the morning. We ended up taking the stairs. The staff at condo said elevator can be an issue. No other issues. I slept well.
