The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed—and the customer service stood out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Loved the location, the view, the ease of access to downtown, the quiet, and the room. we had bought a queen room through expedia and the property manager, who was very nice and personable, suggested we would want an upgrade to a nicer king room.
