From the moment I checked in, not only was the staff friendly upon check-in no matter what my needs were they were extremely attentive. From towels to morning “hello’s”. The hotel was extremely clean and there was always hot water or coffee available 24/7. I always appreciate that. And a variety of teas and hot chocolate.

When evening came, there was nothing there. She said and I quote “I’m sorry, you are mistaken, I said breakfast “. She looked too busy socializing with other employees than to attend to guests .
