O quarto era confortável e limpo com frequência, único problema era o banheiro: a porta não tinha tranca e o box do chuveiro era muito pequeno. Os funcionários eram atenciosos e respeitosos e muito dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã era muito simples, apenas um croissant, um pão acompanhado de geleia e um suco de laranja por pessoa. À vontade, tinha apenas cereal e café/achocolatado. A localização era excelente, muito próximo a Gare du Nord e Gare de L'est e de diversos restaurantes e lojas. Considerando o preço, foi uma ótima estadia, mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Chambre calme, propre et fonctionnelle, au 5e étage sans ascenseur ! Douche très très petite. Dommage que les couloirs en soient pas très propres. Personnel sympathique. Hôtel très bien placé à côté de la gare du Nord et du métro.

room was nice and check in staff were sweet. the area itself wasn’t the nicest. yes practical for the station but not somewhere i felt particularly safe staying. it was a suitable room for just sleeping but not much else. luckily we were out and about so didn’t bother us. But overall not awful

I give 5 starts to this hotel stay. The hotel is within close proximity to the main train station and restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and they have decent breakfast. Note that there is no elevator. The staff was kind enough to put our buggy in their store and also kid’s medicine in fridge. The main thing was warm, kind and welcoming hospitality that stood out especially Bassat. My kids adore him and talked about him. There is construction thing going on next to the hotel and also it looks like there is a pub across the hotel. We closed our windows shut so the noise was not much problem at all.

Ponto positivo: localização do hotel, que fica a 100m da Estação Gare Du Nord, que faz integração com metrô, trem, TGV, ônibus e tem muitos restaurantes próximos. Pontos negativos: todo o resto. - Café da manhã longe de ser continental. - Wi-Fi não funciona nem com reza brava. - Propaganda do hotel em momento nenhum relata que o mesmo não tem elevador e meu quarto era no último andar e a escada tem degraus bem estreitos. Vale pelo custo-beneficio - se vc ficar o dia inteiro fora do hotel - e pela localização privilegiada. Apenas por isso. -

26 year old dad to 3 we weren’t expecting much with the price being so good and we really only booked because it is so close to gate du Nord station (we left at 6 am and was literally 45 seconds away) however this hotel was great it doesn’t look like much but the 3 guys who worked there there during our stay were amazing, the night we arrived at around 10pm after spending 5 days at Disney we were very excited to get into bed, the first guy we saw at check in was so friendly and helpful even helped me lift my luggage up three flights of stairs, was really lenient on letting my kids eating in the room which was really appreciated, The next man we saw in the morning with a red shirt on was also super friendly, again because of the price being so good we didn’t expect much for breakfast however we(me,partner &the kids each received a lovely couple of pastries and fresh bread In a basket, he made my partners coffee and brought the kids fresh orange juice, as we got up he then gave each of of my girls (8 & 5) and my 1 year old son a toy baby and a pull back car for my boy which they all loved it just made their day and they loved them. we felt like the effort was really made for us, we walked to the Eiffel Tower (not a quick walk lol) & we felt so safe that we didn’t even use the safe in the room we had loads of thing & all of our possessions were absolutely safe, cleaner did amazing,last guy we saw was also really polite was great for wake up call 5am. Thank you so much!❤️

The room was great - fairly spacious and well designed. Close to Gare du Nord. Bit of a dodgy crowd gathered outside during the evening but once windows closed, room was very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was very close to the train station but very small room for 3 ppl. No elevator, just stairs so you will need to bring up your luggage a few flights. They had free small breakfast and they even prepared it early for us since we had to leave so early.

Super friendly and supportive staff. Although I was booked into a 5th floor room they considerately offered me a 1st floor room to ease access. They recommended a local restaurant not a tourist joint. Then later in the eve I g assisted in printing seat reservations for the TVR. Slept well. No noise.
