De wastafel liep niet goed door en tijdens het ontbijt werd het servies niet goed aangevuld waardoor mensen bij elkaar moesten lenen. Handdoeken waren zeer beperkt aanwezig en de bedden vreselijk slecht. Regelmatig was het personeel niet aanwezig en bij het uitchecken werd helaas niet geïnformeerd of het verblijf goed was bevallen.

Very uncomfortable sleep

I was really disappointed in the stay here. We queued to check in. There was no air conditioning and our room was swealteringly hot. Very poor nights sleep. The room wasn’t particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. There was a single window which opened onto the bunk beds which my children were sleeping in. They could have quite easily fallen from the top bunk out of the window which worried me all night. There was one small fan in the room. Please invest in larger fans.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. 1. There was no hairdryer in the room – I had to go to the front desk to borrow one. 2. There was no room cleaning service at all. 3. The TV didn’t work, and the remote control was broken. I informed the staff, and they said someone would come fix it, but no one ever did – even by the time we checked out. 4. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff had a very arrogant attitude. 5. The room facilities were old and poorly maintained. The upper bunk bed was clearly unsafe – it had no guardrail, and a child sleeping up there could easily fall off. In short, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly a terrible experience – as bad as it gets!

Habitación muy pequeño. Escalera peligrosa

La habitación era muy pequeña y cada vez que me movía tenía que mover la maleta. La silla del escritorio se tropezaba con la mesilla de la cama y si tenía la maleta abierta no podría abrir la puerta de la habitación. La calefacción no funcionaba. Menos mal que había un pequeño calefactor. La habitación estaba en el primer piso, no había ascensor y las escaleras eran muy empinadas por lo que tanto para subir la maleta como para bajarla corría un riesgo y cada paso que daba suponía golpear la maleta contra las escaleras con el consiguiente ruido para el resto de usuarios del hotel. Para colmo en recepción en lugar de ayudar, con ironía exclamaron: "¡Oh, cuanto ruido! Pensamos que se había caido por las escaleras." Nunca dijeron: "¿Necesita ayuda?"

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Bei Ankunft war es schon sehr spät. Das Licht im Zimmer war recht dunkel. Man konnte aber dennoch ganz gut die Spinnenweben an der Decke und an den Bildern sehen. Die passenden Spinnen haben wir kurze Zeit später entdeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr warm (An dem Tag hatten wir eine Außentemperatur tagsüber von rund 26 Grad) Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster zum öffnen und einen kleinen Ventilator der auf dem Tisch neben einer kaputten Lampe stand. Da wir ein Dreibett Zimmer gebucht haben und auch mit drei Personen angereist sind, haben wir auch drei Badetücher erwartet. Fehlanzeige. 2 Badetücher und 3 normale Handtücher haben wir vorgefunden. Das Badezimmer war das absolut negative Highlight. Den Lichtschalter mit dem dazugehörigen extran lauten Abzug, konnte man über ein Seilsystem betätigen. (Am Abreisetag ging das Licht nicht mehr aus) Die Toilette war dreckig, die Beschichtung der Toilettenbrille an sämtlichen Stellen abgesprungen. Überall in den Fugen hing Schimmel, der Boden war ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. In der Dusche stehend musste man Angst haben, das einem die Amatur entgegenkommt, da die Fliesen kaputt waren. Wenn man geduscht hat, stand nachher das ganze Bad unter Wasser und war sehr rutschig. Letzteres konnte man mit Badeschlappen vermeiden, die man in diesem Bad dringend tragen sollte. Vorausgesetzt, man hat welche bei. Ein Föhn war nicht vorzufinden. Das Frühstück war auch nur von minderer Qualität.

Das Personal war wenig kundenorientiert, für niederländische Verhältnisse könnte man es auch als Unfreundlichkeit bezeichnen. Das Hotel ist altbacken und im Badezimmer fehlte die nötige Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war für das Gebotene viel zu teuer. Kinder zahlten den Erwachsenenpreis. Positiv zu erwähnen bleibt die sehr gute Anbindung an den Freizeitpark Efteling. Also max. für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück zu empfehlen. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker/Cafe zu erreichen.
