They contacted me via whats app and told me that they couldn’t provide my stay even though it was paid for .. and move me to a different property .. it was nice but not what I had booked .. wanted it in a certain area .. they moved us 10 minutes away .. and the property they put us in did not allow short term rentals which we had booked 2 days .. not good business practice .. nice place though..

My room was cancelled last minute by the host (2h notice before the check in time). They rearranged another room for us that is just an apartment not a hotel at all in the building saying short-term rent like this is prohibited. On top of that the room has cockroaches and ants everywhere, no daily cleaning service, no shampoo, no shower gel. As described, airport ground transportation will be offered, which didn’t exist. I requested it and the host ignored it. Nothing more to say. Just terrible
