Convenient position to attend a family gathering. Easy parking and spacious. Easy to book and reasonable rates for the room. Though a little dated, it was warm, comfortable and all you need for a short stay. Clean and good ventilation, everything you need. Friendly welcome and quiet setting. Great value and especially helpful if you have a car (there can be trouble finding car park if staying in city centre).

We spent 4 nights in a 1-bedroom unit which was comfortable enough for our needs. Everything is a bit dated but functional., & we were able to heat meals, do laundry & sleep well. Access to & from everywhere we wanted to go was easy, especially once we worked outa "back route" to Mcfaddens Street!

The motel units were very clean. Great location if you have a car, just minutes from everything, but away from all the hustle and bustle of Bealey Ave, Riccarton Road. We had my sister travelling with us so it was great to have joining rooms and she could have here own bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou
