The wifi and tv didn't work. The sheets weren't clean. The Hotel is in the very centre of Orizaba and is therefore very good accessible by foot from the bus station and to all important spots of the city.

It was very loud you can hear everyone and everything. People don't respect others. Lots of tv noise. The rooms are so tiny and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our sheets were dirty. We asked to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn't give us a refund. This is not a hotel. This is a motel. No lock on the door. Feel very insecure.

El hotel está súper céntrico, excelente ubicación…el cuarto y baño es extremadamente pequeño, no recomendable para personas altas o con sobrepeso. Deberían poner letreros en el área fuera de las habitaciones de mantener silencio de cierto horario. Pues hay gente y niños corriendo y gritando desde muy temprano hasta muy tarde y por la postura de las habitaciones todo se escucha y con eco

La habitación está bien; lo que si fallo fue la taza del WC. Estaba tapada y tuve que ocupar el baño de personal, a la entrada del hotel. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Es muy caro para lo sencillas que son las habitaciones, es un hotel mal construido se pueden escuchar todos los ruidos de las demás habitaciones, todos incluso cuando usan la regadera. Al ser un lugar frío deberían proporcionar cobijas adecuadas, solo había una delgada y angosta que ni siquiera alcanza para 2 personas, no dejan shampoo en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Seguramente encontrarán algo similar a un precio mucho mas bajo. Esta céntrico, pero desde cualquier otro hotel puedes llegar caminando a las atracciones.

Buen hotel, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, instalaciones nuevas, con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, wifi, smart tv, Dos detalles a tomar en cuenta no cuenta con elevador, y el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras ñ.

Falta de comodidades, tiene tele pero ya son viejas y la caja que usan no responde bien, los controles nada más te dan el de la tele y es genérico no funciona bien en la estadía que estuve no pude usar la tele, no había agua caliente en la noche

La habitación es muy pequeña, cuenta con ventilación pero el espacio es muy reducido para dos personas, el estacionamiento es convenio con una pensión que está a tres cuadras y solo es válido de 6 pm a 1 pm del día siguiente.
