This was honestly a great place to stay, the view is nice, it was over all very clean, and the residents are actually really friendly and respectful of eachothers space. I honestly would recommend this stay for families and couples. I would to like for kassa to work on the checkin scanner for new guest without a keyfob since my code didn’t unlock the door and a resident was kind enough to open the door for me.

Excellent spot, great apartment with a few gotchas

Wonderful place (with a few annoyances), spacious, well-equipped, clean, great location, … BUT impossible to figure how to get on when elevator not working and no other instructions, one fob did NOT work, and toilet water had to be turned off when not using — ran noisily every 10 mins otherwise. But we got in snd enjoyed stay very much.

Loved it

Loved the space & ease of check-in. Instructions were very thorough and customer service is responsive! Would definitely stay at another Kasa location again if available!

An apartment for a hotel price

This concept, using empty apartments as hotel rooms, is pretty cool. We had a patio, a living room and a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable. One issue: you can only park one car. We normally do not bring two but we were coming from different places. The area does not really have great parking options. So just be aware. The staff was quick to answer questions by text. It is a little weird not to have a front desk, but they make up for it with a high level of service!

Overall, I thought our stay was excellent. I loved the area my issue is that the day of check-in we were told that one of our rooms wouldn’t be available until the next day. So even though they confirmed they dropped us for a night and we booked two rooms at the same time and they were three floors apart.

I would rate this property a 10 if I could. Close to everything, walkable to many restaurants & shopping. Excellent location to downtown & NC State. Property was super clean & they provided laundry tabs which was helpful! Staff was responsive & wonderful to work with. Will def stay here again!!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and luxurious. The key code did not work to unlock the building but I go in with another resident. The key fob in the room stopped working 4 days into my stay. Other than that hiccup, it was a great place to stay. I had to get used to texting to get help but it is a great location, central to lots of restaurants and near the college.

2/10 Poor

Over 18 and got screwed by CASA. Alone in Raleigh

I was not allowed to check in because I am over 18 but under 21. Casa took my money and confidence I had a place to stay in a foreign city. No where did the Casa site state I must be over 21 AND the location is near NC State. With MANY people under 21 wanting to stay. I ended up in a terrible part of town in a Quality Inn hotel. I am currently in the Quality Inn, in a bad psetof town. Waiting for my refund with tables and desks and chairs against the door terrified.
Mo, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Should of been more equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper and had a utensil to eat with. Also the air conditioner fan was broke so it made noise all night while running. There should be black out curtains for the bedroom sinc it faces the East. There was no way to sleep in past 7 am on our vacation.
Kaydi, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Just didn't get a warm and fuzzy from the apartment, very bland. Thought for the price it would have been more welcoming inside. The bed was a mattress on the floor framed by 2x4's and not made up very well.

6/10 Good

The room and location were nice. However the lack of onsite staff was disappointing. We experienced issues with our lock and lack of linens. It took over 24 hours to get these items addressed. Wasn't a fan of the TV channel selections. I felt like we were given "the run around" when trying to address the door lock issues which to me presented a security concern.

4/10 Fair

Nice place but meh

Parking underground was crazy difficult and super tight. I worked really hard and still scratched my truck due to really tight turns required. The FOB to open the garage stopped working and I couldn’t get to my car one morning, so I had to resolve that and was late . No coffee machine in the unit (!!!), literally only one bath towel . Strong odor . They did provide more towels.
3-night trip

6/10 Good

There were bare wires hanging from an electrical box in living room, no actual coffee maker, the tv picture was so dark even after raising the brightness to highest it was unwatchable, remote batteries were dead, bathroom soap dispenser was empty, corner cabinet door was half attached. The place was moderately clean. Was very quiet, bed was average. Working my minivan into the parking garage was a task. And it was very difficult to navigate your way through the building to exit or find your way to amenities. Not enough hot water to take a bath. Great area for food and shopping.
James, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

It would be better if you could clean the place and check the status in a more thorough way, especially like towels and bed sheet.

Great place to stay right in Cameron Village so lots of options for food, shopping, etc. Parking was a bit clunky at first but worked out well. Property is very nice and top notch. Only bummer was that the housekeeping crew did not change the sheets on the bed from the previous guest so I had lipstick and hair in the bed. Ugh. I wish communication with the virtual front desk had been more obvious as I would have requested service but, as a first-time Kasa guest, I was not aware of that option. I'll definately stay there again!
