check in place is different to the actual accommodate place, quite "surprised" for the location, you have to move there on your own. the reception is not friendly enough. Flat location is inconvenient to get it from check in place, also far from metro, but luckily there is a bus station nearby.
Flat is old but big, overall is clean, but the blanket has some dust on it, also the only disadvantage of our flat is the water flow is sooooo weak... it's hard to shower...
Good apartment clean. and had all amenities perfect for what we needed

tired and dirty apartment not as described
We were allocated a 2 bed apartment in a great location, however the apartment was filthy - lots of things were broken including the patio door which could easily be opened from the outside . - a huge security issue .
There were hairs in one of the beds , the bathrooms had cracked loose tiles and hairs in the bathtub - there was dust and crumbs on the floor and the apartment was just generally in a poor state of repair .
Overall I feel we did not receive what we had booked and paid for.
Very disappointed .

Bel appartement, spacieux.
Problèmes récurrents avec l’eau chaude, les fenêtres ne se ferment pas bien et le service client n’est pas disponible par téléphone aux horaires indiqués.
Des frais ont été appliqué pour arrivée en retard alors qu’on a prévenu de notre horaire d’arrivée

Lo mejor, la ubicación.
La limpieza es regular, mejorable.
Cuenta con todos los servicios de cocina.
Las almohadas horribles.
Tuvimos un problema la primera mañana en el apartamento, se fue la linea de enchufes.. solo teníamos iluminación. Llamamos, fueron el 25 por la mañana y solo arreglaron los enchufes de horno, microondas y un enchufe. Hasta el 26 a mediodía no lo arreglaron.
Y eran fechas de Navidad para nosotros también..

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement réservé sur le site, celui-ci était plus vieillissant en particulier au niveau de la moquette. Bien situé, bien chauffé, calme, métro et bus à proximité. Le plus, service de conciergerie pour les bagages le jour du départ.

We stayed in 5 different apartments during our trip to the U.K. This was the most disappointing.
We were told to go to unit 13 to check in and pick up keys. We got an Uber there and then was told our actual apartment was 3 miles away. They did get us a taxi but it wasted another hour.
When we arrived at our two bedroom apartment one of the beds was not made. We called to ask them to come make up the bed. They told us they could drop off sheets pillows and a comforter and I told them no: make up the bed for us as we are paying. They did.
We had 2 lumps of soap for 2 bathrooms. 1 spare toilet roll between the two and one only had 5 sheets left on the roll. No shampoo. No body wash. Skimpy towels.
The carpets were disgustingly dirty. The closet was a hanger over the bedroom door with 3 coat hangers. The lights had dimmers but none worked. The lights in the living room we so low you couldn’t see at night.
It smelt and the corridor smelt worse.
It had been left to deteriorate. Light bulbs did not all work and the front door lock was hit or miss. Needed a major makeover. And the water out of the tap tasted disgusting.
A couple of tea bags were left with sugar but no milk.
Very poor compared to our other experiences

This property is located a bit away from the check in location, which is very inconvenient. The apartment could use a decent cleaning as there was thick dust on ceiling fans. The shower water is lukewarm at best. There were several issues which should not have been an issue in the first place. The first issue was that two doorknobs came off in hand upon opening doors. The second issue, which was a major issue, there was blood on the comforters provided. I would not recommend the company that provides this apartment.

From the day we arrive to the moment we live.
There is no water and the maintenance can’t do anything for us,the wifi doesn’t Work and it never worked during the 2 nights we spent here.The solution that you offer to us was inappropriate because it was to late for us to Run after an another appartment.
Before we arrived ,you had to ensure that everything was ok ,because soon as we arrive we see that there ´s water running out in the kitchen.

The apartment wasn't like that is showed in website of property.
I didn't like the apartment. The communication is misleading. I was expecting an apartment of more than 3 stars, without parquet e open space like in photos. Some light bulbs did not work and cleaning was not adequate. I asked an other apartment but the property refused my request because it hadn't an apartment like those showed in webside free.

Bra lägenhet , lite långt att ta sej till . Först hämta nycklar i ett område sedan släpa resväskor till tunnelbanan och leta upp lägenheten i ett annat område . Jobbigt innan man var framme . Tunnelbanan låg ca 10 min från lägenheten . Det är långt med massa packning . Vi hade beställt en stor lägenhet då vi var 4 vuxna o 2 barn . I bokningen stod det att depositionen var 150 pund , men när vi kom dit ville dom ha 300 pund för vi var 6 personer . Vi fick bara en nyckel. Dom skulle komma med en till sa dom , men vi fick aldrig någon . Väl på plats så bodde vi ändå bra med engelska mått mätt . Inte den standarden man är van vid i Sverige . Sammanfattningen är , ok lägenhet lite långt till tunnelbanan .

Mouldy apartment and false advertising!!
The apartment was of very poor standard. They have used pictures of completely different apartments for advertisement. You do not end up in an apartment similar to the advertised ones.
The floors have stains everywhere, walls have marks on them and the furniture is old and dirty. Our particular apartment had mould in it so we couldn’t breathe proper. All of us got headaches and itchy throats straight away when we entered the apartment. We found mould cleaner under the sink so they are aware of the problem but do not care.
We had to leave the apartment within a few hours because of the health risk caused by the mould. They have since refused to give us a refund even though they have mould problems and falsely advertised the standard of the accommodation.

Black mold on the walls of the apartment.
It was a terrible experience.I booked and payed for an apartment for 7 people since we as a family want to stay together. They gave us 2 apartments instead. One of the new apartments had black mold on the floor and walls of the apartment. There was also a large water leakage ongoing. The company did not first want to give us another place to stay. I had to really discuss and press them to give us somewhere else to stay. They move us around several times and we never got to have one apartment for 7 people even though that is what we paid for. I would really not recommend staying with Churchill apartments again.

쾌적한 환경, 청결한 시설, 훌륭한 위치
체크인 오피스에서 여러 아파트를 관리하고 있습니다.
저는 그 중 바비칸 역 근처의 courtyard 아파트를 배정받았습니다.
숙소는 매우 넓고 청결하며, 모든 시설이 완비되어 있었습니다.
주변 환경도 매우 조용하고, 각종 편의시설이 가까워 지내기에 매우 쾌적햇습니다.
교통도 나쁘지 않고, 런던 시내 주요 관광지와의 거리도 가까웠습니다.
만약 다음 번에도 런던에 갈일이 생긴다면 같은 아파트에서 지낼 수 있기를 희망합니다.

Genügend Platz, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern ist genügend Platz und auch die Bäder haben eine gute grösse und funktional. Alles hat gepasst bis auf die Sauberkeit, in der Küche hatte es noch Brotkrümmel am Boden von den Vorgängern. Generel sehr staubig und die Teppiche waren ersichtlich schmutzig. (Man bezahlt ja eigentlich für die Endreinigung)
