We were scheduled to stay here and arrived and kept moving and found another local hotel. The area that it was in was extremely sketchy. There were three large security guards standing outside the front entrance. The building next door had its windows broken out and most of the other buildings seemed to be closed down. While the hotel may have been nice inside (i dont know) i did not feel safe having my family stay there.

They gave my room away to someone else even though I prepaid. This meant that I had to call around to 8 other hotels until I found one that was further away and I had to pay for an Uber ride to get to the other hotel in the middle of the night when I should have been sleeping.

The room was poorly prepared without wash cloths or towels, no shower gel in the dispenser no regular coffee pods (just decaf). The manager had no support staff requiring long waiting periods to correct issues. The key cards didn’t work and had to wait to get that issue corrected also. The thermostat didn’t work and the temperature was 78*. The valet parking was advertised (sign in the lobby) to be $28 but we were charged $38.

ear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. Upon my arrival, I was met with a substandard room that was in a state of disrepair. The floors were unclean, the bed was damaged, and the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning. Despite my repeated requests to be transferred to a different room, I was only offered room 410, which was even more unsatisfactory. I documented the condition of both rooms with photographs as evidence of the cleanliness issues. I promptly lodged a complaint with the night desk clerk, who assured me that management would be contacted to address the room issues. However, I have not received any response from them. Upon my departure, the desk clerk informed me that she was the supervisor and had not received any communication from the other desk clerk regarding the room issues. She suggested that I should have booked through their channel, as she would have been able to assist me more effectively. I have since written a formal complaint, providing evidence of the room conditions and the lack of response from management. The desk clerk, despite her title, was unable to assist me due to the fact that I booked through a third-party service. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at your hotel and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further.

The first room was not in good condition. We had trouble forcing the door open on initial entry, and once in the room noted that the heavy door had sagged at an angle due to a failed upper hinge and cracked door. The hinge screws were loose but it looked like a repair would take some time. In this same room we had began to access the safe in the closet and noted that the closet doors were off their tracks, and very difficult to move due to the off-track doors. That would be frustrating to then use the closet. The sagged front door was quite a surprise and show stopper. The next room assigned was a nice comfortable room. We noted the room had no coffee cups for the coffee maker and no plastic glasses for drinking cold drinks or water. We had only one hand towel in the room. Other towels and wash clothes were good. On night one we went down to use the local bar/grill for some food and found that the chef had called in sick, no food available. They did offer to golf cart us over to a local restaurant, we declined. Initial hotel access is intimidating and unfriendly due to valet parking to the hotel lot only, in front of the hotel for $28 per night. We parked a half block away, (and paid for that by the hour, while checking in. They should clearly allow some temporary parking in front while the parking situation is decided. We found the railroad parking area for $10 per day, 1/2 block away. That worked out, but it was unnecessary stress on initial arrival to the hotel.

Rooms are a bit dated. Bar and restaurant were closed by 9pm - despite out tour book saying the bar was a hive of activity. Breakfast in the morning was poor. Plastic cutlery, paper cups, no bowls for cereal or side plates for toast etc.

Unfortunately nothing worked with our stay here. We were moved from rooms 3 times. First room the toilet wasnt working - made us repack and go back to the lobby Second room they sent us to wasn't cleaned up. Guess what, back down and wait for a room. Third rooms key lock wasnt working, and we were left waiting in the hallway for a while. Fourth room all of the above worked and so we stayed but the TV would turn itself down after 10 seconds. We were too tired and just stayed. Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk tried to do her best but she was short staffed, or something wasnt ok here. She said we would be refunded in full. Guess what, didnt happened either. Very unfortunate. Just awful overall experience at this Hilton. The hotel overall is quite run down. The area is just unsafe. Would not recommend it.
