We got a room with a beautiful view. Although the design is slightly outdated, the room was very very clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend their restaurant as well.

This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you

Zimmer sollten auf Schäden kontrolliert werden. Toilette bei uns im zimmer ohne Schrauben befestigt. Wasser war ab und zu braun!!! Dusche lief nicht ab.

bis auf kleinere bauliche Defizite okay

Zimmer waren im guten Zustand und sauber. Allerdings hatte die Tür zum Flur einen Spalt (Tür zum Teppich), sodass die Geräuschkulisse bei spät eintreffenden Gästen, welche dann noch zum Rauchen auf die Dachterrasse gegangen sind, grenzwertig war. Die Ausrichtung der Toilette von Dusche zur Wand, ist unglücklich gelöst, bei jemand korpulenterem bzw. größeren Personen ist der Kontakt zur Wand unangenehm.

Großes aufgehübschtes Hotel aus sozialistischer Zeit. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten am und um das Hotel. Die Zimmer renoviert, aber das Retrofit war m. M. nicht unbedingt gut durchdacht. Wer so eine Toilette im Bad anbringt....ohne Worte. Der Service, die Sauberkeit und waren in Ordnung. Gutes Frühstück bezüglich Auswahl und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auf Deutsch. Wir hatten die Superior Suite gebucht. Leider hatte es mit Suite nichts zu tun. Die Größe des Zimmers war o. K., aber abgewohnt und sehr einfach. Beim Duschen kam braunes Wasser aus der Leitung. Ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen.
