The hotel is very authentic. The room was small but clean; the bathroom really tiny. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The breakfast was in a great ambience and the quality of the food good. Astrid Lindgren World is within walking distance, that allowed us to leave the car in the parking garage (free for guests). Also the square outside the hotel was nice to sit at during the evening, with some activities for kids (free mini golf or table tennis).

The hotel was great and right in the center of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that there was no communication that the spa would be closed. After long travels, looking forward to a sauna or soak and not being able to get that really dampers the day. Just wish the hotel had sent a note is all.

Itse huone oli todella upea, mutta sijaitsi terassin edessä ja musiikki soi iltaan klo 23 asti ja häiritsi nukkumista. Musiikki laitettiin takaisin päälle heti aamusta, joka oli häiritsevää. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, ja hotellissa oli mukava leikkitila lapsille. Illallisella lasten buffetissa oli pilaantunutta hedelmäsalaattia, jota lapsi erehtyi maistamaan ja jo haistamalla ruokaa huomasi ruuan olevan fermentoitunutta. Onneksi säästyttiin ruokamyrkytykseltä ja henkilökunta vaihtoi salaatin uuteen kerrottuamme asiasta😅

Meget charmerende og børnevenligt hotel. En perfekt base for at udforske Astrid Lindgrens univers. Hyggelige værelser og slik og balloner til børnene. Eneste minus var, at der var fuldt booket i restauranten om aftenen, og at det var svært at få et bord til morgenmaden. I det hele taget virkede det som om, at køkkenets og restaurantens kapacitet ikke matcher hotellets. Personalet i restauranten virkede også noget hektisk, og det var svært at komme i kontakt med dem.
