My friends and I have been staying at the Saga Hotel for 7 days, and it has been INCREDIBLE to say the least! The rooms are lovely and clean, the breakfast and food are excellent, with loads of options, and the staff is absolutely amazing! They were ready and happy to help with anything (we had to add additional days two separate times due to a change of plans), and nothing was impossible for them. We felt really taken care of, and it has just been a pleasure. If I’m in Hoi An again someday, this hotel is the first and maybe only choice!

Nice hôtel with a good breakfast The people are excellent and it is well located, plenty of nice restaurant, spa, mini market around. They offer bikes to be able to go in old Hanoi or to the beach thought the rice fields, so it's pretty cool. but the rooms lack space for luggage and clothes, Only hangers in the closet, no drawers... (so if you just stay a couple days it's fine)
