Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, except one thing....the food... the food is old and awful. First night it was just ok, couldn't eat the mashed potatoes because they were dried out. The 2nd night i went non seafood decided to go with a filet.It comes outcovered everything with this sauce, so excited i cut into steak cooled a little under but there was a smell from it, i thought must be the sauce. I took 2 bits of their overpriced filet, and it was BAD. I mean gone bad with a tainted taste, never ever had a steak taste like that. I looked around there is no one there except few older folks. They used to be slammed with people daily. Its sad what the restaurant of the Great Smithfield Station has become
