Great place to stay with young kids. The pool is great for the kids, but if you’re not traveling with kids it can be tough as kids are running around. But a great place to stay!

The pool was freezing cold it was supposed to be heated. It’s the only reason we went there other than that everything was wonderful and breakfast is very cheap biscuits and gravy if they had any left donuts and scrambled eggs, that’s it.

Nice Hotel in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Close to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pool was cold which is why we chose this hotel.

The housecleaning staff was great! We forgot some things and they called us. We were still very close and were able to drive back by before heading home.

There were stink bugs in my room. No carpet on the floor was a surprise. Location is good.

4/10 一般

We’ve stayed here in the past without issues. However this time it was not clean and they didn’t have any extra pillows/blankets when we requested it. The toilet also kept backing up
真实点评

The bed terrible the TV was too small. The pool area was not clean at all.
真实点评

6/10 不错

Breakfast is not good at all, only coffee and OJ , stayed in new family suit and luckily our kids are teenagers because you’re separated from them with a door you have to unlock, used a chair with a heavy suitcase on it to hold doors open so we didn’t don’t have to use key to get into bedrooms etc, strange layout but ok for older kids

6/10 不错

The lobby had buckets in it because the felling was leaking water. Breakfast wasn’t great. It was not that good. Could have had more options.
真实点评

6/10 不错

The lobby wasn’t clean at check in, our room could have been cleaner. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t plugged in, so it never was cool enough to use. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but served its purpose. We were traveling thru and stayed one night, so it was ok. We would not choose this hotel for a longer stay.
