Amazing property, literally only 2 mins walk to the Hollywood Walk of fame. Metro 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent and replied promptly to any questions asked. Would recommend 100%

This is a great place to stay for an apartment/hotel experience. So fun to feel like you have a little pad just off Hollywood Blvd. Great deal for the price. Walking distance to low cost stores to get trip supplies. We would likely stay here again but would bring ear plugs if getting one of the rooms directly on La Brea. Inside rooms are probably a lot quieter.

It was very quiet and secured gated property. It was nice to have apartment space and feel with all amenities. Very basic decor so dont expect a whole lot, but bed was comfortable and they provide extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed. Great location and walkable area to Hollywood Boulevard, restaurants, and shopping. Parking garage was little confusing getting in but once you get it, it’s easy and double gated secure so you will feel super safe

Aparthotel is neither an apartment or a hotel but highlights the disadvantages of both. It is 4 times as expensive as a standard apartment rate in the area yet lacks the hotel aspect of any front desk. In order to enter the hotel a series of gate codes must be entered. There is an unexpected $35 a night parking charge and the garage is so small I scraped my car on the wall trying to exit the lot. Not a winner location to stay.

This placer Is a hidden gem. Great price, location, services, Room Is super nice AND clean. Much better than an expensive hotel in the area! Will definitely repeat!

The location is excellent and cleanliness is top notch. The only thing is the sound insulation is not the greatest. We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. Whenever someone walks around in that units, you can practically hear and know the exact spot they are at.

Basic apartment with full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Toilet seat was functional but did not fit the toilet. There was hot water for the shower but it took an extremely long time to get warm. Location was good and underground parking garage was very convenient and secure for $35/night which was not a bad deal. All in all, it met our needs but next time my wife in particular will want something a little more high end.

Colorful building in a quiet and cozy spot in walking distance to popular LA Hollywood attractions. Despite having the electronic door not working and having the site maintenance worker having to call the owner in Japan to handle the situation ( It took about 45 minutes to an hour), the hotel is an excellent place to stay. I will recommend to friends and family and definitely book again for my next stay.

Parking was nonexistent and when I tried to get the paid parking..employee told me I had to go through Expedia and Expedia said I had to go thru the hotel…thus we had to park far away. Also the queen bed did not have a mattress or sheets for it.
