Our bed had been made and it was comfy. Kitchenette towel had mold on it. The sinks hadn’t been cleaned, tub had hairs all over it and the toilet had black mold along the rim with remnants of comet sprinkled. There were a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. When I asked the front desk staff to please have our room cleaned the only response I received was that they were down a housekeeper. Trash cans in all the hallways were full and stinky and the stairwells needed to be vacuumed badly.

Housekeeping was awful. There were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. The shower had hair and a dirty washcloth in it. There was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work properly. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars and not 1 is because the girl who worked the front desk overnight was so kind and apologetic. My children were already asleep otherwise I would have asked for a different room. They desperately need new housekeepers and a better maintenance staff.

Run.,, do not stay here. Smoking throughout the hotel, not just weed and not just cigarettes. Disgusting, roaches, mold and smell in general. Management is terrible, broken elevator. There were no pots or pans to cook with. There was 1 fork 1 plate and 1 coffee cup. The floor was sticky. I asked for towels 3 times. I asked to have the room cleaned it did not happen. The grills advertised for use were so gross no one would ever use them. Then came the roach. It was a $29 room that cost over $100. Do not book this hotel. You will regret it. I wish there was a lesser star to give this place. I learned a lesson. Read ALL the reviews. The five star ones have to have been paid for. The staff is overwhelmed. I will not stay at an IHG property or use Hotels.com again.
