Love this place, we even went down to Kure Beach to find a different place to stay because my husband got a 22 foot boat so we needed a place to park it, well to find out the seabird has a place so he can park his boat so we are not going anywhere, it's a great place to stay

It was a little too cold for beach activities, but honestly it's in a perfect walkable area when the season is right. The bed was SUPER comfortable and we got a fantastic night's sleep!

Pros: Very clean room, located near a lot of great restaurants. Plenty of towels, comfy bed (being your own blankets), nice little coffee maker, plenty of lighting. Cons: the shower was difficult to use and the heater only works if you have the curtains wide open. There's no staff since it's automated.

I was expecting a sandy floor given the motels’s location, but it was very clean when we arrived. The bunk bed was a little loose and could use some tightening in the bolts. But very happy with our stay. It was very cute and convenient access to the beach. The other guests were quiet, fishing types. Would definitely stay there again.

Not beachfront, but just a hop away. Easy access to the beach and the fishing pier. Love the no-contact check-in/check-out—beds, towels, linens, toiletries, kitchenware, coffee, refrigerator, microwave, internet, and a smart TV are all great. The only downside is that the stove could use some TLC - it looks rough. Would definitely recommend.

First time here at Seabirds and very much enjoyed it. Love that it is pet friendly and the size of the room was perfect. The room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet during the night. Good communication when I had difficulty accessing the key code, but got it fixed quickly and easily.
