優點：有免費車位，有廚房煮食物，同洗衣機，好適合有小朋友家庭。 位置都幾好，不過我地揸車，怎都好方便。 成間ap5都清潔得好乾淨，住得好舒服。 露台出面有好靚海景，每朝睇到都好心曠神怡。 空間都好夠，我4大2小住得好舒服。 缺點 ：出入同check in都係自助 特別係要用佢專屬app開閂門（大門，lift, apartment 門口，垃圾房） 如果唔事先dl定lock in定，到時去到大堂先搞就好麻煩。（因為一早睇咗評論有呢個問題，所以提早問定app資料）。 但個app只有日文，所以就算我準備定，去到現場，都係搞咗好一陣先入到。 居住期間有遇到外國人，大家都有講開app嘅問題唔太方便。 另外，有d資訊你唔主動問，佢都唔會講。例如，垃圾可以放邊，可以用邊個車位。。。 另外有間房係無冷氣要同廳共用，會有d熱。 因為管理得好好，所以入住建議睇清楚手冊，因為會教你怎開冷氣同熱水。 總括而言，如果你入住唔係旺季，價錢唔太貴，我推薦呢間apartment

お部屋はとても綺麗にされており、快適に過ごせました。 車があれば移動に困ることはありません。 国際通りの方へ飲みに出るにはタクシーで1500円程度です。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。 エントランスやエレベーター、鍵全てがアプリはなかなか面倒でした。困った事はすぐに電話で対応していただけたので助かりましたが、 高齢の父母含め全員がアプリのインストールや操作はやはり困難でした。

ドアの施錠の専用のアプリにログインする際のメールアドレスを電話で聴いても書いてあると一点張りで教えてくれないのでチャット聞くのがオススメです。 それ以外は景色もよく良かったです。
