The Room was ok, bathroom was grubby. We ate in the restaurant, we ordered 2 burgers, both arrived cold. They returned with the same burgers 5 minutes later still cold. I definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

Tive contato com dois recepcionistas, um foi muito gentil e prestativo, mas, o outro... Nos deram um quarto que estava com cheiro de cigarro bem forte, solicitei a troca, eles informaram que ia fazer, saí para jantar, quando retornei perguntei sobre a troca e fui informada que foi feita, mas, precisaríamos remover nossas coisas do antigo quarto, até aqui tudo ok, subi com as duas chaves e ao chegar no segundo quarto, quando abri a porta, tinham duas pessoas hospedadas no quarto. Foi a situação mais constrangedora que já vivi, as pessoas não falavam a minha língua, até explicar o que estava acontecendo demorou... após descer e informar a recepção sobre o acontecido, não tivemos nem um pedido de desculpas. foi algo muito constrangedor. Sobre a limpeza, o segundo quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã é ok. Bem longe do centro de Madri, mas, perto do Aeroporto.
