There was no towels, the fold out couch had blood stains , human bodily fluids all over it with no linens, the air conditioner did not work and it kept cycling back on the heat.Even if I had it turned off, stayed over 90° all night.The door locked in operable properly was not disabled.Accessible.It was a horrible , horrible experience that I want my money back on completely

The room was all right besides for the fact that my smart TV was a non-functional and unfortunately because there's no one on staff past 11:00 p.m. I could not fix the issue with the front desk which was a shame because I missed out on a very important conference call which is the reason why I booked the room to begin with I have a client in Japan that is very hard of hearing and it makes it hard for him to see so I typically use a Smart TV so we can share a screen when I do a presentation

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The facility needs some deep cleaning-- carpets are stained ad dingy looking, but everything was clean. Staff is always nice. 3rd time staying here simply because of the price and location. Won’t be back. Always a bug or two in there. This time I lifted the blanket up and there was hair and other signs of the sheets not being changed. Shower drain was broken, lots of random loud noises from other guests.

Extremely disappointing. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk everytime we needed to enter our room. At the time there weren’t any other rooms available. We should have been told about the situation with the door before we checked in. The next day we got another room with a working door. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

The staff and the breakfast could be improved there are 3 lady's during the day throughout the week and 1 of them who I believe is the GM is very rude and very unaccommodating But the other 2 very nice and very helpful in making sure everything is good with our stay as for the breakfast it's not really a breakfast there is only bagels,butter,and jelly which is very disappointing because the pictures advertised a full breakfast not just a quick snack for in the morning
