Cosy unit . Good enough for our I night stay . Very convenient place to our other personal commitment. Really enjoyable view . Take note to the costumer service of the Host I appreciate that much her compassion to the quest was evident .and to all the Staff of Air residences were all kind and warming . Generally I and my group enjoyed the experience . Short but sweet , will recommend this to friends n family Thank you to all.

I communicated on app in advance. Since I could not send my ID through app, they told me I can show my passport at reception. I tried to check in at booking day but receptionist told me to call the whatsapp number that is written in a expedia message. I tried it. I could call that number but no one answer, so I asked the receptionist to check my reservation and help me. She never helped me. After that, one of the security guards helped me and contacted admin staff to check my reservation. They found my booking. Although I could check in, I can’t accept the receptionist’s service.
