4/10 Fair

We need a late enterance but there was no reception. They left the keys for us but keys were not working. Then we had to call someone to open the door. Room was smelling mold. There were mold all around the walls and the bathroom. There wasn’t any furniture in the bathroom, even to put your toothbrush. There was loud noise from the street and also from the walls. We stayed just one night and I haven’t sleep at all.

Me gusto el trato tan amable y cordial siempre pendientes de nosotros. La ubicación del hotel la mejor de todo Estambul, cerca de todo. La habitación siempre limpia. El mejor trato con los huéspedes. Nos ayudaron en todo. Muy recomendable incluso con niños pequeños. Kareem muy atento en cada momento y prepara el mejor chocolate caliente!

Purtroppo non posso dare una valutazione positiva in quanto all'ultimo minuto mentre eravamo in aeroporto ci ha comunicato di non poterci accogliere in struttura per un guasto elettrico (caso strano solo per la nostra camera) e ci ha dirottati al nostro arrivo in tarda serata in un vicino hotel che ci ha fatto pagare una somma più alta di quanto già pagato. Questo hotel il galata king suite si è rivelato una bettola sporca, con biancheria indecente e mobilio rotto che non dovrebbe avere alcuna autorizzazione ad accogliere persone. Igiene e servizi meno di zero. Il giudizio sull'hotel ali khan è pessimo non per la struttura che non abbiamo visionato ma per il fatto che dai comportamenti successivi è stato chiaro che la gestione della bettola dove ci hanno spostato era la stessa. Comportamento al limite di una denuncia. Expedia dovrebbe depennare questa struttura dal circuito degli hotel proposti.
