Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open. Limited access to prime which is the only option for television, we could not watch TV as too many users were using the subscription at the same time. Good access to both Stratford and St Mary's

6/10 不错

The hotel grounds are shabby. Very weedy and the grass needs cutting. The pavement is crumbling. There was a poor guy hand weeding out front and he’ll be employed for days. The entrance and hallways were dreary and there was a moldy smell in the hallways. The actual room was clean and quite pleasant.

No staff on site. Not a hotel at all. Advertised restaurant was closed on Friday evening and Saturday morning on a summer weekend. Code given for the room opened onto a pair of unmade beds. Had to call al long distance number to get a code for another room overlooking the parking lot.

Check in was awkward. I had to pay for the entire stay in advance. We couldn’t use the tv because we weren’t given the PIN. I had to call for help.

No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.
