** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ** Pictures of a swimming pool and gym are falsely included in the listing, they are NOT available for use. Booked a 3 night stay and was provided room details via WhatsApp by ‘Ngoc Nhi’ on the day of check in. After the first night was told I would need to move rooms with 2 hours notice. First room had unfinished renovations, bathroom was unsealed and holes in the walls - terrible condition. Second room was cleaner however did not have access to a laundry as advertised in the Expedia listing. Raised the issue with Ngoc Nhi who read my messages and did not respond. Overall this was a terrible experience. Advertising for the apartment is false and is expensive for amenities provided. Will be raising a dispute with my bank and Expedia
