Fantastiskt hotell för barnen med en stor lekpark. Tyvärr var buffén riktigt dålig och dyr. Frukosten helt ok. Sängarna var stenhårda annars var rummet bra.

Perfektes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern, da der Spielplatz riesig ist und das Hotelzimmer direkten Zugang bieten. Leckeres Frühstück. Kleine Zimmer aber sehr praktisch arrangiert dadurch sehr angenehm. Bett & Matratze viel zu weich.

29.06.2019 16.15 Uhr gebucht - am 30.06.2019 15.00 Uhr ein sehr schönes Zimmer für vier Nächte in der Seeklause Trassenheide bezogen. Hervorragend waren die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit, die Kompetenz, die Qualität und Vielseitigkeit des Frühstücks.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal für eine Nacht (Freitag auf Samstag) da, einmal als Paar, einmal mit Familie. Obwohl ausgebucht ruhig und entspannt. Anlage ist sehr schön, Personal vom Check in bis zum Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schön für spät Anreisende, dass man noch in Ruhe auspacken und in den Pool kann ohne zu verhungern, da das Restaurant bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Es ist ein Fam. Hotel somit auch viele Fam. mit Kleinkindern da. Ich würde sagen das man die Fam. Im Erdg. Zimmern einteilen und im Inenereich wo der Spielplatz ist Untergebracht werden. Und nicht über den Gästen die in ihrem Urlaub ausschlafen wollen und sich Erholen wollen gemischt unterbringen oder von oberen Zimmern ein getrammpel um 05 :00 Uhr morgens ertragen muss ich bin immer noch SAUER schlaflose Nächte die letzten zwei Tage von meinem 7 TAGE Url. Frühstückbüfett sollte auch Geflügel Aufschnitt sein für Gäste die kein Schweinefleisch essen. Sonst war es wirklich eine Tolle Anlage. Werde bestimmt wieder als Gast kommen in die Seeklause in Trsssenheide
