Overall we enjoyed the property. Pros, cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, the property itself and location next to the river. However, management should be aware of inconsistencies with front desk staff. Some were excellent, some were mediocre, and sometimes not available, where incoming guests couldn't check in....and calling the available number which rings at the front desk doesn't help. Suggestions would be to improve the breakfast options; make ice available to guests without having to ask for it, clean the hot tub, and provide a easily accessible microwave. Also, would suggest management limit use of the lounge to guests, not friends/family of the hostess (in the evening).

Clearly the finest hotel in Minturn, CO. We enjoyed the warm and low-key atmosphere. There was a babbling brook outside our window and a nice restaurant across the street. The staff are wonderful.

El desayuno fue muy básico, se me quedó un abrigo costoso en la habitación y cuando hice el check out me fui del hotel y me devolví después de manejar 2 horas y casi perder el vuelo y me dijeron que no sabían dónde estaba… me comuniqué con el manager y me dijo que me daría respuesta y nunca me respondieron, me dieron un número que no responden para comunicarme con ellos. Y se terminaron quedando con el abrigo y no respondieron.

Nice getaway with close proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel overall and our room were super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom toiletries were nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the restaurant across the street was also very good.

Really nice cozy place. The rooms were nicely updated as well as the lobby - common areas. The hall carpet is outdated, but the rest of the atmosphere made up for it. The location is great - across from the Saloon, which was hopping! It's only 10 minutes to Vail so super convenience. The only downfall was no TVs in the room. But overall this place is awesome! Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet location in Minturn Colorado, close to beaver creek and vail. Small town vibe but friendly people everywhere. Slight glitch where I was double charged (ouch!), but within a few days it was resolved. Still, frustrating. Room and facilities were clean and comfy. Sofa in the living room of our 2 bedroom.suite was narrow and needs to be upgraded. Beds were very good, parking was off street, and bathroom was updated nicely with high end shampoos, etc. I'd stay again.
