This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they even made sure our furry friend was welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit steep, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Thanks 😊

Neues Hotel, Zimmer nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend. Alles sauber und neu, gute Anbindung an ÖV. Beim check inn gibt es die Ticino Card gratis dazu, alle Busse/Züge im ganzen Kanton inbegriffen. So konnten wir unser Auto stehen lassen und mit dem Bus/Zug die Umgebung erkunden. Einzig bei der Touristtax bezahlten wir mehr als hotels.com berechnet hat: 6.20 statt 4.50 pro Person/Nacht. Sehr gutes Frühstück, wurde auch bis zum Schluss immer wieder aufgefüllt. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, eher in einem Industriegebiet. Dennoch sehr ruhig, gute Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto rasch in Ascona oder Locarno. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsolide ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Es dürfte aber noch ein zwei gesunde Angebote mehr geben. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.
