I have booked one night stay with breakfast included. During check in process, I agreed with reception that breakfast should be ready at 07.30. Next day in the morning the reception and restaurant were closed and I could not find anyone who could explain me this situation. I finally left the hotel without breakfast I paid for.

Pro’s: Bed was reasonable. Room was a comfortable size, there was an on suite bathroom. Nice enough breakfast. Con’s: Terrible, strange rude women at reception every day and night. Correction, she was never at reception but in a room behind with a dart board etc where you had to call to her to come to reception to do her job which she clearly didn’t want to do. Rude in her speaking to us, irritated that we had German passports but spoke English. Weirdly ending sentences halfway through with eyes strangely rolling. She didn’t even open the passports to check if we are who we say we are. I’ve never seen that before at a hotel. In the morning coming to clean our table with a wet cloth but cleaning only half the table half heartedly doing half her job as usual. Pools outside all dark brown with fungi growing in them. Broken football goal fallen over with the net twisted around the top post also in full view of the breakfrast area outside as is the pool. Bathroom, ours had a glass shelf half inside a metal frame slanting at 30 degrees towards us and with a glass hand soap dispenser teetering on the edge. I had to take it down to the basin for fear of it falling and what if the loose glass shelf fell on my foot. Weird basin and shower combination tap with a long pipe to the basin and a switch to change between the shower and the basin. Once we had showered a terrible smell came up from the shower drain which filled the whole hotel room making us barely able to breath.

Der var ikke mange gæster, så parkering ved dørenvar let. Morgenmaden var kedelig med lille udvalg, og maden virkede, som om det var de billigste produkter fra nærmeste butik, dertil var kaffen noget af det tyndeste og mest smagsløse, jeg har prøvet. Rengøringen var generel fin, men hele kroen virkede meget nedslidt. TV'et havde kun 2 kanaler at vælge i mellem. Der var heldigvis en god seng, hvilket trækker min vurdering op.

Morgenmadsrum var glimrende, veldisponeret og komfortabelt. Morgenmaden var helt i top både med udvalg, kvalitet og omfang. Værelse og bad var fint rengjort med udmærkede senge og møbler, de få der var plads til. Rummenes størrelse var mindre end vi havde forventet ud fra billeder vi havde set før vi bookede, men prisen taget i betragtning var det OK. Personalet var behageligt venlige og hjælpsomme. Parkeringsforhold var perfekt. Haven bag kroen var stor og interessant, men årstid og vejr taget i betragtning kunne vi desværre benytte den så meget som vi ellers gerne ville.
