Everything was great from the check in to check out . The location is very good close to everything, safe and clean . The building and apartment also in perfect condition. Furniture alsovery clean and they provide a cleaning and change towels. Highly recommend for a stay at marrakech .

The room had everything you needed, the staff were very good at communicating through email, and the area was nice. The only issue was finding it at first. There is no sign for the hotel by name, but go to the address listed and go through the black corridor to the left of the currency exchange store and up the stairs through riding the elevator to the first store

Fantastic apartments. Premium location. I found the staff not being accommodating. We asked for assistance to order a taxi, and they refused. We asked for a late check-out and they also refused. Kitchen was missing basic stuff, like salt, paper etc. the cooking utensils were of poor quality. Did not even have iron in the room, have to ask for it. The bed sheet had a blood spot, luckily had my own bed sheet as it was quite late night when we checked in. parking is good and over all furniture is of good quality.

Nice apartment, and in a good location, walkable to all main visitor places. Overall, the experience was good, and I would consider it again. But there were some irritations that I would propose the agents work on. 1) The apartment required a lot of ingenuity to find, and it was difficult to initially get in. The sign indicating Vittoria was a plastic mat stuck to the wall by the door, and was hard to spot. There was a cleaner with the keys, and it took us 20 minutes standing outside to navigate the "riddle of entry" - with texts to the agent. 2) Inside, the flat was clean and well appointed. The experience would be much better if the flat came equipped with a basic welcome pack, such as some tea bags, a bit of sugar, salt, milk, and some dish towels. (There are stores nearby, but had we arrived at night, there would have been nothing). 3) The equipment in the flat was difficult to use. For example, the TV turned on, but would not move from the initial menu screen; the stove was locked, and I had to google a reset procedure to use it; 4) Contact with the owner/agent/in-charge was patchy. I received no response to queries on how to enter, leave, or get equipment working.
