Our contact was very helpful both before and during our stay. However, we do not recommend renting this apartment for the following reasons: 1. Location: The area felt unsafe. Via Panicale is not suitable for young people or women traveling alone, especially at night. 2. Very uncomfortable beds: The mattress in the main bedroom was a thin foam mattress, perhaps a little over 5 inches thick, but still uncomfortable. The sofa bed was much worse—the mattress was less than an inch thick, and you could feel the metal frame underneath. The apartment is advertised as accommodating four guests, but that is simply not realistic with that sofa bed. 3. Shower issue: The shower head never worked properly. We were sent instructions on how to operate it, but it would only work for about one second before stopping. We had to use the handheld shower head for our entire stay. 4. No toiletries provided: Basic toiletries such as soap were not supplied. 5. Air conditioning failure: On our last night, the air conditioning stopped working. It became extremely hot inside the apartment. Even with the windows open, it was uncomfortable, and we eventually had to close them because of the street noise. It made for a very poor final night in Florence. 6. Poor stairway lighting: The lighting in the staircase was insufficient and made access more difficult, especially at night. I chose this apartment based on its reviews, but were misleading.

깨끗하고 아늑하고 위치도 좋고 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 체크인 시간 전에 짐을 둘 수 있게 해주셨고, 연락도 바로바로 가능했습니다. 집 안에는 불편한 것이 하나도 없게 모든 것이 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 오래된 집이라 층간 소음은 있지만 지내는 동안 문제가 될 만큼은 아니었습니다. 한국 사람에게 2층은 지상에서 바로 위에 있는 층이라서 약간의 착오가 있었지만, 그래도 이번 이탈리아 여행 중 가장 아늑하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소였습니다.

Acomodação maravilhosa!!! Próximo de todas atrações turísticas a poucos minutos a pé, é bem próxima também a estação de trem, o que se torna bastante cômodo para quem está indo a Florença por trem. O apartamento muito aconchegante, limpo e em uma região bem calma, apesar de próxima as atrações turísticas. Bastante espaçoso, é muito bem decorado. O responsável pela acomodação muito gentil, educado e simpático. Deixou um livro com as orientações gerais da acomodação e sugestão de locais próximo, além de outras orientações úteis para a estadia. Apesar de termos passado poucos dias, acredito que seja um acomodação muito boa para passar algumas semanas, pois possui toda uma infraestrutura (máquina de lavar roupa, geladeira, fogão, microondas, forno). E dica: não deixem de ir no mercado de Florença que fica a poucos metros da acomodação, comidas deliciosas!!!!
