Great villa, pushing the price bracket
Its a hugely impressive space and a relaxing retreat in the heart of Ubud. For the right groups in the right conditions it would be better, as there are 3 double beds that are quite fancy and together.
The final double room is in an annex with facilities that need updating - a strange outdoor shower/bathroom arrangement, and not within a waterproofed walk of the rest of the villa (though only a few steps without a roof). It rained a lot and our kids were ill so we were back and forward in the rainy night across this very outside-feeling space. It was not a big problem but the space did not feel as luxurious as the visual impression as a result, despite costing more than a villa that lacked these problems elsewhere.
