The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean! We would come again!

Loved it was right on the boardwalk and beach was easy to access. Staff were great. Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

The hotel is old falling apart The elevator was stuck several times Some of the hallways were dark gloomy and the ceilings had holes or missing drop ceilings pieces the sliding door in our room would not lock and the couch was not working properly and it's probably about 40 years old the uneven floor made it interesting and the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night sleep

Overall it was very nice. Pro's: Rooms were clean, amazing panoramic view, the location right on the boardwalk and beach access was extremely nice. Cons: Not enough dishware for our party of 6, while the room and main common areas were clean the halls and stairwells were not, the elevator was extremely slow, finding baggage carts was hard, and the 3rd pool is the kiddie pool inside of the large outdoor pool. All in all 4.5 out of 5

The rooms are just a bit dingy and the sliding door to the balcony wasn’t working correctly. The front deck check in woman was very short and rude with me but the rest of the staff was great.

The panoramic suite we stayed in was renovated with a new fridge and stove. It’s clean, and the hotel is off the boardwalk and a short walk to Marine Pier. The room is cold, but the AC is loud. We all didn't sleep well due to how loud the ac was. It’s like sleeping in a construction site. The shower is old and seems like it hasn't been updated. Water temperature is either too hot or too cold, and water pressure is very low.

Thankfully i only stayed one night but for the price it could have had better accommodations. Beds were squeaky and soooo uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane taking off. The sheets and blanket basically looked and felt like a paper towel. No toilet paper dispenser and just overall outdated and beat up looking. The elevator took forever and is tiny and very scary. Again, so glad i only stayed one night but for almost $500 a night i would have expected nicer accommodations.
