The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we had a room on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable to sleep in. The star of the show was the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean! We would come again!

My stay was excellent, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their stay. Very clean room, comfortable beds, updated / renovated kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the can't-be-beat oceanfront balcony view. The waterpark was great as we were visiting off season and breakfast at Adam's was delicious!

Loved it was right on the boardwalk and beach was easy to access. Staff were great. Didnt like beds were springy and uncomfortable, not comfortable bedding, gas stove in room, bathroom fixtures were unpar. Need an extra door lock so young kids cant bolt out of room easy. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. We had a ocean view which was great!

Friendly place to stay!

The best thing about this place was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Great location and a great place to stay! Exactly what we expected, and the kids loved the waterslides. Friendly lifeguards are on duty, and staff are present. Would stay again. My only complaint would be, they seemed to forget they had an outdoor pool. Gate was locked when we tried to visit, no towels or clear time when it was open. Everything else was great!

Hotel is on the New Jersey boardwalk. Easy access to all the boardwalk has to offer. Parking was plentiful. Our room came with a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Bedroom had two full sized beds, beds were comfortable. Pull out couch in living room had seen better days. Balcony came with two Adirondack chairs and a small table, very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stay was during the winter and I’m sure that’s why our visit was disappointing. The “Waterpark” 2 slides and a pool don’t let the name fool you. Slide you have to be 48 inches leaving just a pool for my littlest ones. One of the days the pool was shut down half the day. The slides were barely open anyways. The staff were very friendly. Room was fine, would be nice if every room had a broom and dustpan especially being on the beach. In the process of remodeling rooms (I’m assuming ours was remodeled) but there was no toilet paper holder, a few dishes were stocked, no sink space in bathroom. I’m sure the pool area is a lot better during the summer. One elevator was down which happened to be on the opposite side of hotel from our room not a big deal till I accidently locked me and my two, two years old out of the room and took the stairs barefoot carrying them as were were going to the pool only to get to a set of stairs completely covered in ice still. Would give it another chance but if had similar experience in the summer would be very disappointed.

I booked the hotel, then went to check the reviews. For my surprise, the hotel room was fully renovated, EVERYTHING, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, freshly painted, perfect! The ac was a bit loud, my husband and son slept thru the noise, I am a light sleeper. Staff was very pleasant, there are rules to be followed for gym, pool, etc. so we need to follow them. Check in is at 3pm and the waterside closes at 4pm. I booked this hotel specifically for the waterpark for my 2 sons. I booked 2 weeks ago and actually tried to cancel because they both got sick the day before. Since the hotel had no empathy for sick kids they would not give me any refund if I cancelled. I took my “healthiest” son so I didn’t waste $215. He was sad to know when we arrived at 430pm that the slide was closed. We still went to the pool and the pool room was cold! We felt the pool water and that was cold as well. Luckily the jacuzzi was great. The hotel room was freezing as well (our stay was Feb 15) and we were only provided with a thin sheet as a blanket. There were no extra comforters available in the “family suite”. The hotel and the hotel room were only mediocre with a lack of cleanliness. There was also no food available at the “resort” when we arrived at 430pm or for breakfast. Also we went to use the indoor playground and pool at 8am the next morning only to find out the pool doesn’t open until 10am which is also the check out time. It’s ridiculous the pool times are not conducive to check in/check out or towards families with young children. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel especially for families.
