En general es un buen hospedaje, con atención del personal atenta y amable, está muy limpio, un plus que tenga servicio de estacionamiento a un precio accesible, lo único que podría tener como área de oportunidad en mi experiencia personal es que falta una cobija extra ya que pasamos frío en la madrugada uno o dos días, todo lo demás muy bien! Puntos Fuertes y Valor Agregado Relación Costo-Beneficio: Es excelente. Ubicación Estratégica: El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado en la Colonia Roma. Se encuentra a solo tres calles de la estación Hospital General (Línea 3 del Metro) y a 10 minutos caminando de la Avenida Insurgentes, lo que facilita enormemente la movilidad por la ciudad. Oferta Gastronómica y Entorno: La zona inmediata ofrece muy buenas opciones para comer (restaurantes, cafés, etc.), lo que es un gran +. Servicio al Cliente: El personal del hotel es amigable, atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a facilitar las cosas. Limpieza y Seguridad: La limpieza es un punto a favor. Además, algo muy importante para la seguridad es que todas las habitaciones cuentan con una caja fuerte para resguardar objetos de valor. La estación de policía está a pocas calles lo que transmite seguridad caminando a cualquier hora. Servicios Bajo Demanda: Aunque no están en la habitación, el secador de pelo y la plancha se pueden solicitar en Recepción sin problema, lo cual es muy útil. Mal el recibimiento, para empezar el estacionamiento no es gratuito esta a una calle del establecimiento, se tardan mucho en abrirte y te lo cobran, cuando mencionas que en la página dice explícito que cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito en el local, te ignoran y no te resuelven, las habitaciones si muy limpias pero muy pequeñas por el costo esperaba algo mejor me deje llevar por la calificación de Magnífico.
