This is NOT a traditional hotel. You have to coordinate check-in with an individual host to using 3rd-party communication apps. Worse, although I specifically booked The Opera Residences, the host moved us to a complete different building across the street upon arrival. We were forced to drag our luggages through a construction zone to the new location. Also, the security staff at Opera Residence are rude and unhelpful as we were trying to figure out how to check-in. This place is NOT recommended if you're looking for a hotel with professional check-in service.

This property description is very deceptive it lists that it has a pool and while the complex does the guest is not able to use it , which we only found out when we tried to go for a swim . Contaced the property owner and were informed that we could use a pool a 7 minute drive away . This was incredibly disappointing as we had booked for a week and wanted to use the pool daily 😕. The amenities listing needs to be changed as the description is deceptive. The other let down was that it is not a servied apartment at all , for the week we were provied with 2 toilet rolls and 2 towels . When we checked in we asked the service and were informed that they would come every 2 days to change towels etc this did not happen in the whole 7 days. Overall I would say that this was a very disappointing stay . Would ABSOLUTELY not recommend at all.

Perfect luxury suites in Saigon!!!

Overall an excellent residence. The property is the creme de la crème of Saigon. The security and property staff are very accommodating. The suite has all the latest technology and comforts of home. Would highly recommend this rental. Only feedback is that the hotel.com site is not well operated and communication pre-check in was not good.

Stay away

We didn't stay here as we couldn't get in contact with the people who look after it. We spent 4 hours sitting in a cafe, trying to get in contact. No reply to phone or emails. We contacted Hotels.com, who also tried with no success. I am now trying to get a refund. We were left stranded on the street with all our luggage. Stay away.

Newer apartments that are nice and modern. I can’t speak for all units but the people who handled us were terrible. We were told we could not check in prior to 2pm, no exceptions. Then the unit was not ready at 2pm…or 3pm…or 4pm. Two days into our stay we were told we had to change units. On top of that, the new tenants for our room arrived before we were assigned a new room. That wasn’t awkward…
