We were 4 adults and had ample space to stay. The receptionist Zaga was very friendly and helpful. She took our questions with full attention and had remedies for everything.

Wow.

Wow. We had an amazing stay. The room/cabin was really cozy, heated floors made all the difference getting out of the shower. The trailhead to Midnight Sun was right outside our door. Restaurant served excellent dishes with very friendly staff. Lastly, the spa. It was incredible, there are 2 sessions spanning 2 hours. You will want the full 2. Various hot and cold sections with multiple pools and do-it-yourself treatments made the experience incredible. Don't miss out on this. By the way, we paid the same price for 1 night in the dorm like hostel at Turistation - huge upgrade. Recommend 10/10.

I would not recommend it

Very disappointed with pretty much everything except the SPA which is a true gem. Service and friendliness of staff is beyond bad and despite being requested to book what time we woukd have breakfast, it was filled with empty pans and plates. Had run out of pancakes, scrambled eggs and bread and refused to refill despite us being there on the booked time and some 20 mins before breakfast closed. Arrogant staff when i asked if there was more scambled eggs (there was a full pan of it with plastics over it behind the counter) and was told they close soon. I would give this place a miss and just use the SPA as a separate activity. Until staff is motivated to treat customers kindly i dont see why one should spend money there.

Personalet fremsto hyggelige. Vi ble positivt overrasket over at rommene egentlig var mindre hytter, hvor de var innredet med alt det nødvendige. De holdt ikke igjen på dopapir, noe vi har opplevd andre steder. Det som for oss derimot trakk oppholdet ned, er at vi fant brukte pastiller på rommet. Det glutenfrie utvalget var noe magert; lite variasjon i brødvarer.

Perfectly relaxing stay in Kiruna

Absolute wonderful experience. The location is great, the rooms are well appointed and cozy. Breakfast was nice and I loved the trails right by the hotel. I visited the spa and it was amazing and definitely worth the booking. If I return to Kiruna this will be my go to hotel.
