This property is very unique in its location and amenities. However, if you don't like outdoor activities, this is not the spot for you. The staff were amazing, and super friendly, but you can't get to any local restaurants without taking the bus (10-15 minute walk one way) or ordering a taxi, which is expensive in the area.

Camp Ripan is a magical place, the cabins are charming and very well insulated, always cosy with fabulous drinks and toiletries provided. Food is excellent quality, breakfasts amazing. Spa experience best ever. Area around the property - plenty of walking trails, and beautiful surroundings for cabins. Minibus for transfers from airport and to/from town centre would have made it even better.

We saw Aurora or northern light from this hotel. They have friendly and well trained staffs. Hotel lodge are nice and neat and enough space for family up to four persons. Their aurora spa is wonderful and must-try. The hotel provides a lot of entertainment tour options with kind support by receptionists. This hotel is located at safe and sound area but supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can reach city center and airport by taxi easily. But you must book a taxi well in advance for return flight due to limited availability as kiruna airport has few departures per day.

We are happy with the distance between airport & hotel, the Aurora Spa is a must go. The response rate is good whenever I have inquiry via Expedia chat box. The bed and one of the chairs have kind of dirt marks & toilet had stained when we arrived. Hope it’s just single case. The choices of restaurant are limited but we can understand as it’s not a big city.
