This is a true gem. The staff is so nice and provide so many little extras. We stayed at Christmas during the Nutcracker event. The spa downstairs is first class and something you would see at a 5 star hotel and it is free! My friend and I had a girls' weekend there. It is very walkable to shops and restaurants.
