The hotel did not have any parking. We had to park in Nordstan which was hard to reach. Götenborg is just one construction site, which makes for a messy traffic. The hotel is recommendable as it is conveniently situated close to the ferry to Frederikshavn in Denmark.

Not pleased at all.

The sewerage stench in the bathroom was apparent in the room despite keeping the bathroom door closed. ALL noises from the hallway and the above was heard clearly in the room, despite using earplugs and headphones to block out the noise. Floor was dusty. Hotel management : please check bathroom in room 231. The only plus points from this stay were the reception staff and the fantastic breakfast hosts on Sunday the 4th of May 2025.

I did not have the greatest experience. First, no parking for my car, so I had to park a mile away. Then they only did self check in. Then our room was like going through a maze just to get to it. There were three of us, so my son had to sleep on a sofa, but didn’t have any sheets or towels. Breakfast was good but so many people, we could hardly move. But it is a holiday weekend, so that could explain a lot of it.

We had a very nice week long stay. The night staff were very helpful and the property itself was nice. Our only complaint is the room-the beds are very basic, duvet cover only with no flat sheets. Pillows were lumpy and very used. We also had to ask for a room cleaning which is only available on the 4th days of your visit so if you need towels or to you must go retrieve this yourself from the front desk. Breakfast was very good though.
