This hotel was amazing. The staff and the property are excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had good choices. The meals off the menu were also very good. The beach and the beach cabanas and bean bag chairs were so nice. And each of the pools were super clean and well maintained. The wifi was excellent as was housekeeping. I give it a 10 out of 10! However the high tea was a bit of a disappointment, not quite as advertised. Tea was very good but I expected there to be much more to snack on. Overall an excellent stay and I would both return and recommend.

Our first trip to Bali, and I really enjoyed this area. Good choices of restaurants around and the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the grounds are kept so tidy by all the gardeners. We really enjoyed the adult section (Club Santrian) so there were no kids running about. Would have been nice to have drinks and snacks served to us during the day in that area.

Wonderful location on the beach but removed from the hectic part. Make sure you try the free yoga class - wonderful instructor. We enjoyed cycling up the boardwalk. The breakfast was huge and varied. The staff were all very helpful. Thank you for having us.
