When we arrived, there were trash bags outside the hotel, which didn’t give the best first impression. Check-in was quick and easy, but once we got to the room, I immediately felt like I didn’t want to stay. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and stained (and there were only two), and the bathroom was very small. I understand this was a cheaper option for a quick one-night stay, but it really didn’t feel worth it especially with the $200 deposit required at check-in. I did get the deposit back after four days, but it still felt like a lot for what we got. The only real plus is that it’s close to the beach. Other than that, I wouldn’t choose this place again

Hotel is run down. Location is great. It would be a good idea to upgrade the property, including the common area with tables and vending machines . There was a leak in the hallway on the main floor. Bathroom was small, but ok. Room dressing room should be replaced. The outdoor area furniture could also be replaced.

Hotel personnel is not friendly, they debited the total amount of my stay 3 times removing over 700.00 from my account. I have been trying to speak with a Supervisor but no one has called me. Room was not cleaned, they never cleaned the room during my stay, no housekeeping personnel passad by our room, not even toilet paper was refilled. Trash had to be removed by us. Hotel doesnt have parking space. Vehicles have to be parked on the streert on ayellow line risking to receive parking ticket. Closest parking is about half a mile away and is a private parking. Cost of private parking is 35.00 per day. I will never use that Hotel again and I will make that none of my friends and family stay there.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews saying it was EXCELLENT, but the reviews I read were so inaccurate after staying here! Please DONT'T expect anything extravagant! You get what you pay for. It really reminds you of a motel. The ONLY thing that was a plus is that it's in walking distance of plenty eating places and the beach is directly there. The older receptionist was somewhat rude and had a slight attitude. The younger receptionist was nicer and made sure we had what we needed. The AC unit was directly above the bed and dripped water on us. Stains were also seen on the walls coming from the AC unit! No housekeeping! The shower curtain needed to be changed and there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. The area is somewhat quiet at night even with a club like lounge directly behind the hotel. I loved the area but wouldn't definitely stay in a different hotel.

Hotel, elevator, hallways and Room was terrible. Rust and run down. Room had water soaked ceiling tiles sagging, mold, no bedding but a blanket, like a high school bathroom. just gross.

It is RIGHT at the beach. Very old building…cosmetically not beautiful but it is clean. I agree with someone else about the one or two night stay, it’s a decent location but you’ll get none of the creature comforts of a newer hotel. The staff was very kind though. I think the deposit is crazy. The bathroom in my room was extremely small but serviced my needs and was clean.

The hotel was three stars I'm not sure how that happened but it's 2 stars with a greatest location. Check in was bad, rooms were partially redone, no real hot water after running for 10 minutes I got 5 minutes of hot water. night front desk was not equipped with tools to even get extra shampoo. Beds were so bad, not even a pad on the bed just a single bottom sheet.

Do Not Stay here! Terrible place to stay. The entrance to the hotel was under construction and you had to go through the side/back door. The room AC did not cool the room. Shower had a leak from the shower head and the ceiling with the entire shower corner moldy (Room 206). Evening and morning staff were not helpful. No accommodations were made. The elevator is very sketchy/unsafe. other customers were also complaining about other room concerns. My understanding, is they know about these issues and continue to place people in these rooms. They act like they had no clue, ask if the AC is Celsius/Fahrenheit and if your settings are set to cool/turbo. One of the other staff advised us to open the window. Please note even after running the AC for 12 plus hours it was still warm. I asked for a refund so i could book somewhere else and they were unable to. Please save your time, and book somewhere else. Luckily for me, this was a one day stay.

I like nothing except the sun and ocean. I was charged $200 like "depozit",wich i supposed to have back! For only one night i paid $350 And the front deck guy said that money will be returned during the day.But i got nothing! The room has everything broken *TV,rosettes,wayer taps.Evetythimg is ol and shabby. Employees are unwelcoming and noisy.
