Do not stay here. I booked a single queen room because the price seemed reasonable, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was filthy, so bad that I refused to take my shoes off. The floors looked disgusting, and I found multiple large bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable at any price point. The entire place feels like it’s falling apart. One of the locks on my door didn’t even work, which is a serious safety issue and honestly alarming. On top of that, it was loud at all hours, so getting any real sleep was nearly impossible. To make things worse, my room didn’t even have a window, which made it feel cramped and uncomfortable. I will say the staff I interacted with were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the condition of the property. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. it’s close to the beach and the main street. But that is nowhere near enough to justify how poorly maintained and dirty this hotel is. There are far better options in the area. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel definitely needs updating and upkeep especially elevator. Room looks updated and is sufficient for a short stay. Location is key, beachfront and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Parking garage across the street on Marriott property.

The hotel is located right next to the Marriott. Although street parking may not be feasible if you park Valet with Marriott, currently it's $27. The location is walking distance to restaurants and for us, attending the festival was perfect. The location for beach and sunseekers is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. We will return. was perfect. Sanrecommend to use the Valet Parking inarriott. Currently it's $27.

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful, but the very small lobby has a couch and a chair, nothing more, and there were 2 locals who were basically living in the lobby, they were there the whole time that we were, it was completely unacceptable. The rooms were avg. but the outlets were so worn out it was difficult just to charge a phone. The hotel is next to a night club and it was LOUD until 2 AM, and the street was loud until 330AM.
