The stay was great. The rooms are not very big but well-designed so they don't feel small at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The restaurant had nice food and the staff were lovely overall. I'll likely be staying here again next time I'm in Katowice.

Vi havde en junior suite, som desværre lå ud til en stor vej. Og dette kunne man virkelig høre hele tiden. Også om natten. Men resten af opholdet var super godt. Værelset var godt, service og rengøring var godt. Og personalet var imødekommende.

Wir haben Ostern im Hotel verbracht. Das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption hat uns angenehm überrascht. Alle Fragen und Angelegenheit wurden ohne “wenn und aber“ unproblematisch geklärt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichlich. Außer Ostern 🐣 habe ich den Eindruck gehabt es wurden „die Reste vom Vortrag“ serviert. Der Käse war ausgetrocknet, die Wurst hat die ursprüngliche Farbe verändert und es gab leider keine bunte Eier. Es gab kein Unterschied zum alltäglichem Buffet während des Osterfests. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr höflich und entgegenkommend. Wir sind satt geworden und haben uns trotzdem gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich würde dieses Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Die erste Nacht war leider katastrophal. Die Klimaanlage hat die ganze Nacht Geräusche gemacht. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich das gesagt inklusive Video und daraufhin habe ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Leider direkt neben den Aufzügen. Abends hat man die Gäste gehört. Die Zimmer an sich sind sehr schön. Dusche auch für sehr große Personen geeignet. Im TV waren drei deutsche Kanäle vorhanden. Ich habe kein frühstück gebucht da ich gerne auswärts frühstücke.
