Terrible!

Terrible experience! The hotel canceled our stay the same day after we drived there for hours. Just an email without explanation and did themselves impossible to contact. No email too the hotell and no phone answer. I hope we can get our money back. All was then closed when we arrived and the hotell seems to be in terrible condition. Others on Google review share the same experience. So avoid this place!

Ved ankomst var der problemer med at få de rigtige værelser. Havde booket 2 som skulle være ved siden af hinanden. Men det ene værelse var optaget af andre ankomne. Vi fik tildelt et værelse på en anden etage hvor der var gang i renovering på resten af etagen. Og der var derfor ingen gardiner for vinduerne. Der blev afholdt koncert i gården - 10 meter fra værelset. Vi havde bestilt opholdet med morgenmad, men fandt ud af dagen efter at køkkenet var under ombygning. Der var heller intet personale ved afrejse. Ellers hyggelige omgivelser men ikke muligt at benytte og nyde den hyggelige indre gård da der var koncert.

Das Hotel war geschlossen, Warte seit 3 Wochen auf mein Geld. kein Kontakt, keine Infos. Expedia fühlt sich auch nicht zuständig. Echt schlecht!

Sehr netter Empfang. Leider keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen. Das Hotel hatte auch nicht viele Gäste, weil schon die Vorbereitung auf die Festspiele lief. Das Zimmer war entsprechend eingerichtet und das Bad war sauber. Frühstück wurde angeboten.
