We stayed at The Palms twice during our stay in Belize. The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged our transfers to/from the airport and water taxi, and the van was exactly on time each time. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds are very comfortable (much needed after long travel days). We would stay here again, highly recommend!

We stayed at The Palms twice while in Belize. Overnight stays between other areas of the country. Beautiful facility, extremely helpful staff and on time, punctual transportation. The beds are very comfortable (much needed after long travel days) and the AC worked well. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The complimentary coconut bread was a hit with morning coffee. Highly recommend, I would stay here again without question,

Nice small hotel but road outside is under construction. Also water pressure was not good. Pool was nice. Gym was passable and staff was great!

This was the best international stay I’ve had thus far!! Its a smaller hotel so the space is intimate, which is nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful with setting up rides to the airport and taxis as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Belize City.

I was there for one night only. I was really impressed with the size of the room. Large room fits 4 people comfortably. Room was very clean and they left a complementary coconut cake with a sweet note. I appreciated that. There is a cafe spot walking distance from property to have a quick bite, BakeD. There was construction work outside but it didn’t impact our stay. Overall a great choice!
