Happy with our stay. Location was convenient to everything. Fairly new hotel so everything was in good condition and clean. Only complaint was the 15 euro early check in charge. We just left our bags and came back later but it was 2:00 when we arrived so felt like if the room was ready it would have been better customer service to let us check in.

Very Good

Great location and comfortable room. 2 qualms with my stay - I asked for the room to be cleaned with new towels three days in a row and it wasn't done. The other thing was that there are two levels of wifi, one free and one paid. the free wifi was essentially useless. I dont think it's appropriate to have to pay for wifi in 2025, it's a necessity.

Disappointed...not premier..more like discount inn

Rooms not cleaned daily. You need to request this service. Clean towels unavailable the 2nd night. These must be requested at reception but limited supply No facecloths, no cream or milk for coffee in room. Thermostat automatically reset at 10 pm so room stiffling during the night.

4 days in Cork

Nicer and more modern than expected for a basic hotel. I never had the breakfast, but my wide did, and it was popular and good value. Only downgraded to 3 from 3.5-4 as wifi was out for our entire 4 days (and previous few which was unfortunate. But good lication and -1/2 the price.

Hotel cómodo con un poco más de limpieza ideal.

Para que te limpiaran la habitación, tenías que decirlo en recepción cada día y la limpieza, consistía simplemente en cambiarte las toallas, hacer el baño superficialmente y estirar las sábanas de la cama. No pretendieras esa limpieza incluyeran el aspirado de la moqueta. Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto en un Hotel. La moqueta del pasillo se notaba que estaba sucia y mal aspirada. La de la escalera solamente la aspiraron un día en los cuatro días que estuvimos allí. Por contra el desayuno era bueno y abundante. En Recepción tenías agua de cortesía todo el día. Y en la habitación tenías tés y hervidor también de cortesía. Los empleados españoles muy amables. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas. cerca de todo muy bien ubicado. Una lástima el tema de la limpieza desmerece mucho el Hotel porque por lo demás se merece un 10.

Médio. Muitos pontos a serem melhorados.

O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Tivemos problemas com o ralo do banheiro na hora do banho, o "box" enchia demais e virava uma "piscina". Ficamos sem Wi-Fi todos os dias, alegaram problemas na região. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, e não recolheram as canecas que usamos para tomar café. Negaram nos vender 1 água, alegaram que o bar estava fechado! E como a máquina que vende bebidas estava quebrado e permaneceu todos os dias. Com todos estes problemas, não vale o preço cobrado! A única vantagem é que bem próximo ao centro da cidade.

Would stay again

Great location! Great staff! Bed and rooms super comfy . Only knock would be it can be a little loud from other rooms doors in same hallway and bathrooms above. If you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. A soft closer on hotel room.doors could fix a lot as that was the worst part.

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale et nous avons eut une chambre classique. J ai donc fait une réclamation car il n y avait qu un lit double. On m a dit que y avait pas de souci car nous étions deux adultes et un bébé et qu il y avait pas besoin de plus. J ai du insister pour avoir une autre chambre avec lit supplémentaire ( que nous avons utilisé pour poser bébé, le changer ect ect …) Quand on réserve une chambre familiale ( quadruplé obtenu triple mais on va pas chipoter …) et que l on doit se justifier pour obtenir le service que nous avons reservé et surtout payé je trouve ça moyen . Première fois que nous avons été sous classé. Sinon l hôtel est correct, la salle de bien également et le Petit déjeuné assez complet avec des fruit frais. Satisfait de ma nuit mais déçu de l admission …

No limpian las habitaciones

A pesar de pedirlo repetidamente, en la estancia de 4 días no nos hicieron la habitación ningún día poniendo excusas como fallos informáticos extraños que no tenían acceso a las habitaciones para limpiar. Lamentable servicio de limpieza especialmente si vas con niños pequeños. Parece que toman nota en un papel pero como si nada. Pedimos una cuna y obviamente no estaba preparada y ya desistimos de pedirla una cuarta vez (también se lo apuntaron en un papelito). Es un horror de gestión de un hotel que está bien ubicado. Dejó foto de lo que entienden ellos por limpiar una habitación. Por cierto, NO TIENEN PARKING EN EL HOTEL aunque lo indiquen en la plataforma, te remiten a un parking a 10 minutos andando. El desastre es tal que un día NO HABÍA PAN EN EL DESAYUNO. Es increíble como una nefasta gestión puede empañar una buena ubicación Actualmente la zona está en obras ( que lo podían avisar) y cuesta acceder en coche.
Tras insistir, esto es lo que nos encontramos cómo hacer la habitación

First off, the staff are wonderful! Location was good. We did not get the room we booked. A cot was thrown in as the third bed and the room was cramped. The room was also not very clean. Garbage was not emptied in the bathroom and the bathtub could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were great.
